Gift Card Loyalty Reward — Promotion Rules
At TVVH Urban Design, we reward every dollar you spend. Here's everything you need to know about how our gift card loyalty program works.
How It Works
For every $300 CAD you spend (cumulative across all orders), you earn a $100 CAD gift card — automatically issued to your account after your order is paid.
Earning Rewards
- Your spending accumulates across all purchases — you don't need to spend $300 in a single order.
- After each order, your remaining balance carries forward toward your next reward.
- Example: You spend $175 on your first order and $150 on your second — your cumulative total is $325, so you earn 1 × $100 gift card, with $25 carried forward.
How Qualifying Spend Is Calculated
Your qualifying spend is based on your order subtotal after all discounts are applied — not the original pre-discount price.
- Discount codes, promotional offers, and Shop Cash discounts reduce your qualifying spend.
- Only the amount you actually pay (excluding gift cards and discounts) counts toward your $300 threshold.
Example: Johnny purchases 2 canvases totalling $390. He applies a Shop discount ($30) and a 15% EZ15 promo code ($58.50). His qualifying spend is $301.50 — not $390.
Per-Transaction Cap
A maximum of 3 gift cards ($300 CAD total) can be issued per transaction, regardless of order size. Gift Card purchase eligibility is capped at $900.
- Orders under $300 cumulative → no gift card yet (balance carries forward)
- Orders crossing 1 × $300 threshold → $100 gift card issued
- Orders crossing 2 × $300 thresholds → $200 in gift cards issued
- Orders crossing 3+ × $300 thresholds → $300 in gift cards issued (maximum per transaction)
Important: On very large single orders (e.g., $1,200+), the per-transaction cap of $300 applies. Any spend beyond the 3rd $300 threshold in a single order does not carry forward — only the sub-$300 remainder is banked for your next purchase.

Requirements
- ✅ You must have a registered customer account to earn and receive gift cards.
- ✅ Gift cards are issued automatically after your order is marked as paid.
- ✅ Gift cards are sent to the email address on your account to be used at checkout.
- ✅ Gift cards paid out in CAD. The Value of the Gift Card will be established on the date of issue, exchange rates may vary.
- ✅ Gift cards used do not count towards your promotional spending balance. (eg: on the purchase of a $175 item, using a $100 gift card, only $75 counts towards the promotional balance.)
- ✅ Discount codes, promotional offers, and Shop Cash do not count towards your promotional spending balance — only the amount you actually pay after discounts is counted.
- ❌ Guest checkouts are not eligible for this promotion.
- ❌ Gift cards cannot be applied retroactively to past orders.
Using Your Gift Card
Gift cards are emailed to you automatically in the form of a code and can be applied at checkout on your next purchase. They do not expire and have no minimum spend requirement.
TVVH Urban Design reserves the right to modify or discontinue this promotion at any time. Gift cards will always be honored in store at the value they were issued after the promotion is terminated. Gift cards have no cash value and are considered in store credits only.
